Arromanches / Day 4 summary
Arromanches
A day of real distinct contrasts. Performing on the steps of the D-Day museum, a fantastic performance, we even had a cheerleading section in the audience :-)
And then, to stand on Gold beach, and look at the remains of the Mulberry Harbour, truly humbling.

Day three summary
Bayeux was nice.
The gig was a lot better than it would originally have been, thanks to Thierry's negotiation skills.
And the Karaoke was a hoot.
Next stop, Arromanches.

Karaoke....
L'Orient Express was certainly buzzing with energy, the annual Ashford Sings! European tour Karaoke session was in full swing.
The last few die hard stragglers apparently left the bar at 02:30am, and that was because the bar was closing (otherwise they would probably still be there :-) )
